ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead the commercial performance of comparison-site partnerships, overseeing onboarding, optimisation and ongoing management to maximise lending volumes, credit quality and return on acquisition spend.
You will manage partner relationships with a strong commercial lens, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to scale high-performing partners while selectively developing new opportunities.
A central part of the role is conducting rigorous analysis of partner performance, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities, and translating data into clear recommendations that inform commercial decisions.
You will use quantitative analysis alongside commercial judgement to prioritise initiatives, focusing resources on the activities that deliver the strongest economic impact.
You will own commercial negotiations with partners, including pricing, commissions and acquisition costs, continually seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and unit economics.
As the role evolves, you will take full accountability for the strategy, delivery and commercial outcomes of specific partner initiatives, marketing programmes or product enhancements that drive profitable growth.
ABOUT YOU
You bring several years of experience in a commercially focused role such as partnerships, consulting, business development or account management, ideally gained in credit cards, financial services, fintech or a fast-scaling technology business.
You have a strong track record of owning and expanding revenue-driving relationships, delivering measurable commercial outcomes through effective partner management and negotiation. Experience launching or running an independent commercial initiative is an advantage.
You are highly data-literate, confident working with numbers to evaluate performance, build financial models and support decision-making. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with exposure to SQL or similar analytical tools considered a plus.
You communicate clearly and credibly, with the ability to influence stakeholders, represent the business externally and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
You are commercially minded and results-focused, able to prioritise high-impact work, take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to delivery with minimal supervision.
You perform well in a team-oriented environment while being comfortable with clear individual accountability and visibility of your impact.
