In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical expertise and creativity to unlock value from merchant transactions data. Your work will directly influence credit risk strategies, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Engineering

• Develop creative and impactful features using data from various sources to enhance predictive models and business decisions.
• Explore novel methodologies and data sources to drive innovation and improve outcomes.

Model Development and Implementation

• Build and optimize predictive models (e.g., XGBoost, Logistic Regression) for key applications like credit decisioning, fraud detection, and segmentation.
• Ensure models are robust, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Deliver documentation in line with the defined modelling framework, making it clear to understand.

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to creatively engineer features.
• Hands-on experience with credit decisioning or risk models, especially using XGBoost and Logistic Regression.
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
